DB Lite is scheduled to roll at 7:00a tomorrow, check in starts at 6:45a. Although the forecast is for a soggy day, I am hopeful that we can get in our miles before it hits. Send out as much DRY KARMA as you can today! Our average rolling pace will be 16.5 -17.5 mph. This is a DROP ride. If you are not comfortable with that pace and/or 55 mile distance, please choose another ride for your enjoyment.

Check the website at 6:00a as I will post any cancellations by that time. Hydrate well today. With increasing temps we all need to focus on getting more acclimated with extra hydration & electrolytes to insure safe riding. Heat exhaustion is serious! Don't take any chances, I'd rather, make an extra "comfort" stop for relief that a medical stop!
