F40 now has an Extra Miles signup for those craving a little more saddle time! Extra Miles Option will start 1 hour before the scheduled ride at *6:00AM* and adds 20 miles round trip from Trek Allen. Hanging out after the ride is the on top. The Extra Miles pace is slightly lower than the main Fast 40 section. Don't worry if you're not EXTRA, Fast 40 will still be leaving from SC & Coit at *7:00AM* as usual.

This week we're taking a TMR / ThMR favorite and giving it a go on F40! Deepu Pillai and Kevin Spicer are cruising you around Frisco Lakes this Saturday. F40 can fill up quick so don't delay or you will be waitlisted.

You MUST be registered for this ride on the PBA website to join this ride. **Do not show up for this ride unless you have a confirmed spot. If you show up WITHOUT a confirmed spot you will not be permitted to join the ride.**If you are on the waitlist, you will receive an email if a spot opens up for you and then you must register to claim your spot. If no spot opens up and you are still on the waitlist then you are NOT registered for the ride.
