It's the perfect time of year to do my favorite route. This Monday we launch from the usual Bike Mart yard in McKinney at 0730 and strike out for Downtown McKinney. It's that route that always perplexes Chrissie. How can we be climbing coming into downtown and then be climbing while leaving? And then climb after we leave? And yet, there is always something fun about it. Come ride with us this and enjoy the experience yourself.
What: Monday Morning 'C' Voyage
When: 0715 muster, 0730 launch
Where: McKinney Bike Mart yard
Pace: 16-17.5 mph rolling average (Strava average the last time we did this route: 16.9) I should give the warning that this ride is often a C+ ride. We traditionally ride at the upper end of the C range, though it is still a No Drop ride.
